A User Experience/Service Designer deeply committed to crafting transformative solutions that elevate user experiences and enhance the overall quality of life. My educational journey includes two Master's degrees in design from world-class universities, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Diploma in Automobile Engineering. Originally hailing from New Delhi, India, I now warmly call the United Kingdom my home as a member of the United Utilities family. In my current role, I am dedicated to propelling user/customer experience design and transformation by harnessing the powerful methodologies of User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and Design Management. THE DESIGN PROCESS
DISCOVER
To start with the design process, thorough field and desk research is conducted in the problem area and efforts are made to find the root cause of the problem.
DEFINE
The information gathered needs to be converted into usable insight, therefore, various techniques are used to convert information into usable data.
DEVELOP
With the knowledge and nature of the problem now known, relevant design solutions are developed using a methodological process that would solve the problem.
DELIVER
The final solution is delivered with all the details about the final product. It is then manufactured and sent to the market.
BUSINESS
A business strategy is also designed simultaneously with the design of the solution so that when the product development is finished, the business strategy is ready to launch the product into the market.
